Starting a week and a day late b/c I just finished Beach Shred … what a super salty amazing start to the series!! 🥰

Since I’m in the hotel, I didn’t have weights so to make it tougher. I added a booty band holy moly.

The hotel had a ‘bench’ for this morning’s back session (week 3 since I am behind) … love both this mobility exercises! Felt great on my back!!

Work travel to NOLA, but packed provisions so I can still Get Salty while here!
