Thank you for this session. I struggle a lot with my left foot after an injury and any running or jumping will fire it up. This was exactly what I needed today 💜💜💜

So thankful we could pick our own sprints that made it so much better for me seeing how I don’t run😂 I used the rower first and bike for the sprints. My cardio definitely needs more practice. thank you for the challenge today!!!
