Our soul dog, Tessy. She Lived a beautiful and blessed (sometimes devious) 16 years. 🌈. Love everyone’s photos. To everyone with snow, go outside and make memories with your kids. Us “northerners “ tend to forget how magical snow can be.

Loved the workout. My legs and arms no longer work, but dang, I love the intensity. 4 1/2 rounds. My poor legs burned so bad during the rocket jumps.

You’re having a heat wave! Don’t worry about the Minnesota folks, they revel in the cold…hockey, ice fishing, and hot dishes. They’re hardier than the rest of us. Ha!Ha!

Tessa, you’re “slightly “ colder than us. We woke up to 12 degrees. As my husband said, “Ah, it just a little cold.”

Erika Sanchez it’s called being born in MT and raised in the Inland Northwest your whole life. If it’s 40 degrees outside we all start walking around without coats. 😂

I love this. And here I am opening up the window to the 15 degrees it was this morning. Ha!Ha!

We actually workout often with the window open. It was a balmy 15 degrees F (-9.4C) this morning. Yes, there was frost on the window.
