Not only was this week’s mini perfect for today, but made us smile! Roman is a natural athlete. We loved seeing him join his mom/trainer extraordinaire. The example you are showing your sons is amazing. They are not only learning about fitness, but teamwork, encouragement, listening, family, and all other life skills that will make them fabulous men some day. What a blessing on a Tuesday morning.

Happiest of birthdays to the best 41 year old we know! May today and the entire year be the best yet.

I have been reading “Fiber Fueled. “. I have this cook book and will often cook out of it. We are not vegetarians, and I will add some sort of protein source to a lot of the recipes (eggs, fish, red meat, turkey, etc). But, I have been cooking a big pot of this soup, “Black Beans Soup With Quinoa and Kale. “. I usually add more of everything and recently added lentils to it. Wanted to share in case anyone is interested. It’s really easy, very good, and wonderful for an easy lunch or dinner.

We traveled late this week and used a gym this morning/early afternoon (west coast time). We were amazed at how much more efficient we were than those around us.  ( And frankly a lot sweatier. ).   Jenny has this down!  No standing around.  Thanks Jenny and keep it up everyone.

My husband and I are finally working out together ( Thanks Jenny). Great week, everything is sore. We finally did today’s back and bicep session. We almost skipped and then my husband said, “Because it’s Jenny I will do it. “.

TGIF everyone. Enjoy the weekend!

Does anyone have a good brand/idea for adjustable weights? We don’t have room for a tree or many sets of weights. Great workout today! My legs are jello…..in a very good way.

I am new to the Salt Squad. This has been so great ever since I found Jenny Fisher. Thank you Jenny! This is exactly what I (and my husband) have been looking for!

We just started. We started with the Beginner’s Series, but on Jenny’s advice, changed to the Level Up series which is perfect for us. We are in our second week and it’s a great challenge.

My question is do you stay in the Level Up series until you can consistently do the exercises at level three and four? Or do you progress to another series? A little road map would be greatly appreciated. We both feel so motivated, challenged, and energized!
