What an amazing series! Took me a couple days after finishing to be able to move. But, week 6 was fire! 🔥. I may need to revisit it before the end of the year. I have never felt so Thankful for everything as I do this year. There are ‘rooting “ years and “flowering “ years. This was a “stripping” year. So many things out of our control, happened. And in that I found what what I should have been grateful for all along, life and love. Everything else is details.

We found “Get Salty by Jenny Fisher” by accident. I had been complaining to my husband that I didn’t have strength, I didn’t like how I looked and how jogging wasn’t cutting it. My husband was struggling with work travel and “impaired fasting blood sugar,” despite good diet and A LOT of cardio. One day my husband found an Instagram post by Jenny. It was authentic, motivating and honest. We signed up immediately. Two years later neither of us can imagine our daily lives without Jenny Fisher or the Salty community. It’s not what either of us expected. I was looking at aesthetics, my husband trying to maintain while he traveled. Instead, we are stronger, improved labs, better endurance and mental state, and we each have fallen in love with the Get Salty method. To top it off, there is the entire community of REAL athletes, all cheering each other on through the daily grind we call life. This is the real thing! Thank you Jenny for everything.
