We actually workout often with the window open. It was a balmy 15 degrees F (-9.4C) this morning. Yes, there was frost on the window.

I feel like Gumbo. Abs and stretch on a rest day.

Did it (with burpees for my HIIT), that was the ticket. Added Tuesday’s Cardio session on at the end. It’s a whopping 29 degrees here and I am just not feeling the multiple layers and north wind today. Many of you are living in worse right now. Don’t sleep on Wk 2 Cardio. Perfect as a finisher today.

Jenny Fisher we will talk some day. I did the exact same thing. After 20 + years in Medicine (specifically Hem/Onc & Coag) it all did me in as a Nurse Practitioner. Hats off to Dr. Kathleen and everyone else who can literally balance it all. Enjoy yourself, your kids, and your husband!💕
