I am so glad to see this! I woke up yesterday and thought, “oh today may be a walk day. Scratch that I need to stretch. “. DOMS for the win. Diana Hensley, I am just starting to PR basic things (because I am actively pushing my own boundaries). Yes, much stronger. So, here’s the kicker. I “thought “ my nutrition was good. Ha!Ha! I “thought “ I was getting my macros, calories, etc. and yet, I haven’t had much physical changes. I was stumped. Until……I started reading labels. Several hand fulls of nuts/peanuts a day, a salad with a little meat, and did I mention the popcorn (which is delicious) every night. 🤦🏻♀️. So, I am really concentrating on getting my macros. I am not starving myself or being a perfectionist, but just consistent. And if I really want popcorn, I eat it, but not half as much as I was. My point, it took me two years to literally “get” what Jenny has been telling us all repeatedly.🫠. Grace, give yourself some grace. Oh, and now that our snow is melting, the days are getting longer, and it’s getting warmer, I can walk. Never underestimate spring activity.

Trace Kennedy it was 55 degrees here yesterday. I was so warm I almost pulled out shorts. Ha!Ha!
