Erika Sanchez you’re awesome! Thank you! I struggle to consistently get 20-30g of protein at breakfast and sometimes lunch. Then by 3pm I am hungry. I have thought about protein powder, but I prefer real food. Haha. I need to work on it.

Lucky ladies! I don’t know if mine is rounder…but Nate keeps telling me I am firmer. I definitely have a long way to go to look like either one of you. 😉 But, the gains in weights I use now versus January are pretty good. I probably need to push myself again. That’s what makes all this so worth it, the journey. (And nutrition of course. ).
