Rewound it 1x, leveled up the jabs w 5lb weights, plank jacks w shoulder taps, swing throughs and single jumps (almost added reverse inch worms to the jumps) The double high knees I kept the same … I cannot believe I leveled up without you even suggesting it!!! 😎🤪🤗
