Oh, yeah…. Hard! Guess what I got this week. …. 35s … I didn’t have an in between for my 30s and 40s - so I felt like I had to do more sets to feel something. Now , I don’t have to :o)

Loved it. I had my shingles shot a week ago and was out of commission. Dang the 2nd one hurt like a ^#$%^&*^%$%^&^%$

Oddly enough, I have a pretty bad headache and have not felt well this week (I hurt my lower back after the ass to grass squats using 30s) hence the absence,.,.. hoping this will cure the headache.

Tough one. I went heavy - 30s for my deep squats. AND I could actually do a Bulgarian split squat today! Mobilitaaaay!
