Getting so much stronger! Chest day, I had to use another vid bc it wouldn’t play for some reason. But I lifted 30s on the bench. Haven’t been on here much but for good reason… got two new puppies (Great Dane/English Mastiff mix) AND my husband hs been going to the gym with me when he is off work … I have been asking him to work out with me for 7 years!!! He would go on a run but not sling weights w me … so YAY!!! At the gym I’m benching 30 plus the 45lb bar!!!

Whew. Did it… some mod on the pike jumps or whatever they are called, had to pencil it a bit…. But hardly any mods other than that.

No modifications at all !!! And I did the full set of those plank jack with the arm thingy… the 4th option, advanced! Say what ?!?!?

Awesome!!! No modifications and upped my weights to 40 on upright and 30s deadlift and 25s for bent leg row!! 1-20 for the pull thru!!! I wasn’t able to go much higher than 25s before
