What is this music play list ? Love it !!!! ♥️ I did the last part, but I only used the heaviest band I had and no ploy! I missed last week! I had another cortisone shot in my R ring finger 2 weeks ago, and the Dr won’t let me lift heavy … when I told him that I li\fte thought; he said, I can tell :o) So there’s that!!! I am lifting, but carefully and putting weights behind my neck if I need to, and hold light weight with a weighted chest pack :o)

I love this workout … but then again, I loved them all so far :o)

Man, I missed this morning. But I did it! Intend to be there tomorrow. Our pupper woke us up at 3am and then hubby left right after that … I was dead tired. LOL
