Yowza… just did wednesdays chest workout and now I’m supposed to go wash my hair 🥴 my arms might fall off but at least they’ll look good on the floor!

I’ve been working through L&B on my own mixed up schedule - just did session 4 with the 8 minute “surprise” at the end. MAN that was killer! I got 75% of the way through all the exercises and added it to my favorites so that I can revisit in a few months and try to get to 100% completion! Great job to everyone who got through it (and extra kudos to anyone who had time to spare!)

Sometimes I forget I’ve been a Get Salty athlete for almost 7 months and during Jenny’s demo’s I think “what the heck, I can’t do that!” And then I surprise myself by doing the dang thing! It feels so good to feel stronger and last weeks 36 minute full body HIIT gave me some good interns feedback on how I’ve progressed over the past 7 months!
