Today did not go as planned. After work I had to bring our 15-year-old pup to the vet. After two hours of tests he either has pneumonia or a tumor on his lungs. Meds for the next 72 hours to see if he improves if not then it is most likely a tumor and we will have to say goodbye 😔 I don't have the energy to work out tonight. I felt really good again about my workouts and then life happens. Tomorrow is a new day. ❤️

My son has a basketball game. Dang! Wish I could make it.

I woke up too late for the live session this morning. Maybe it’s because I stayed up and watched the Lions win their first playoff game in 32 years! It may also be that my body needs to stay warm longer in bed from it being -3 degrees this morning with a wind chill of -25. 🥶 is it spring yet? Can't wait to do the workout later today. Hopefully, it will warm me up.
