I LOVED today’s back session. I used my barbell for the cleans and added weight! Saturdays leg day was amazing. I used my barbell for sumo squats, added weight and squatted 95 lbs. I wanted to see if I could and I was able to. It’s so true, you’re capable of that heavier weight and the only way to find out is to push yourself. Happy Monday, ladies ✌️

I feel like that today, Trace. I'm still battling this lingering junk I've had for two weeks, Aunt Flow is coming and I am just done. I am taking a rest day.
