This has been a week that should have kicked my butt in the most negative way. Migraines and my son's health could have pushed me to a place of negativity but I moved forward came to each session, dug in, and worked hard. I want to work hard for myself, my family, Jenny, and the Get Salty community. We all have those setbacks that push us to our limits but even if it is just showing up, doing a session just to get it done, is okay.  🥰 

I can't say much that anyone hasn't said already. You're a light that shines bright! We love you ❤️

I needed the reminder that I just need to show up and it does not have to be my best. That does not come easy for me.
