Got Wednesday’s leg and shoulder session in today after taking Wednesday off. I was tired and feeling sluggish but about 10 mins in I picked it up. Thanks for the reminder that it's okay to take a break and listen to your body, Jenny! It was an especially sweaty session for me too 🫣🥴

I am so sad to see this program end! I've loved every workout and the option to push myself while allowing myself grace on the days I needed it and not feeling guilty. The support and community have been incredible! Let’s end this program knowing we gave it our best 💕

Before every session, I get anxious and excited like I did in college before my 400 hurdles. It takes me right back. I hope I'm not the only one 😬🤣🫣
