So did the mino cardio session today. Did the reverse burpees two days in a row. I'm pretty sure I have bruises on my back. Time for a new, thicker mat. 🥴

Woke up this morning, did Mondays session, and then walked out into the kitchen to see this. So glad I worked out this morning bc after seeing this, my mood is less than motivated. But thanks to you ladies I am going to keep it up!
