Surprised myself with several full pushups in todays HIIT👏🏻
Added push-ups to my inchworms bc my legs were dying. Who knew doing push-ups could feel like a rest 😝😝

My cardio was jumprope. It’s crazy how much my jumprope ability has improved since the Grind! Thanks for the burpees at the end! I stayed for them!
