Live session today was 🔥
Learned to tap into my abs for the shoulder press thrusters. It’s like a whole new game now! Amazed to see my athletic maturity progress. And I’m digging the Saturday lives. 👌🏻👌🏻 Thanks for all you do for us Jenny imma go crawl off my mat now and try to walk 🫠😅

Ok this was the BEST yogish flow yet Jenny! The 90s music took me way back - loved it. Lost my week 1 fit test paper so no idea my progress. But could tell I’ve gained strength just from my crow pose.
