Y’all I love seeing all the consistent message notifications during The Grind! It’s so motivating and fun to follow along everyone’s different journeys 🙌🏻😀🙌🏻. I’ve been so consistent with purposeful movement every day and my mental health is loving it. Less anxiety. Motivated. Feel light and happy. Even tho my legs are still sore from Saturday 😅

Hey Jacqueline! When traveling I often find a workout in the app that I can do without equipment. Then I go back and catch up on the program I’m working through when I get home. 🙌🏻🙌🏻

This felt amazing! I was very vocal when Jenny said fit test was gonna be saltmakers for a minute 🤣 My husband came running downstairs thinking I’d hurt myself 😆😆
