Well that was something😝🔥

The jump scare from my husband suddenly appearing behind me mid burpee about gave me a heart attack😱

lol I almost got him to do this one with me until he heard the intro with “grab a jumprope for active rest” and he says “Nope. I’m out” 😅 The 1% club 🙌🏻🙌🏻
