Today was going to be my rest day. My rest days typically include a long walk or some interval running. Well this hurricane 🌀 has impacted my plans because it’s been raining all day. So here I am out in the garage in 100% humidity about to press play on a workout because my need to move has been increasing all day. It’s either Get Salty or Imma start rage cleaning and take everyone in the house down with me! 🤪

Erika Sanchez I’m so glad I was a day behind. Yesterday I tacked on todays mini HIIT with last weeks cardio challenge, which means I did legs today. Otherwise I would have been in the same boat as you! 😛

I finished last weeks cardio challenge workout and still felt like I had more in me. I did this one right after and it was perfect. I am now spent! Happy Monday! Hope everyone has a great week!

I have a friend who has lost motivation to exercise over the past year. I sent her the info to sign up for the free week of the Beach Shred series and this was her response! I hope she does it though!

Week 6 was the worst for me. I just finished week 7 and while it was still hard and I hit failure a few times, I was still literally sore from week 6 leg day a week later.
