I’m really loving the Saturday sessions lately! I feel like they really force yourself to be honest with yourself about the amount of effort you’re really putting in to get yourself to that level 9/10. I definitely had to check myself and realized that driveway sprints weren’t cutting it. Luckily I live on a hill and was able to sprint up the hill. By the last 20 second interval I was gassed! 😮💨Thanks Jenny Fisher for the ongoing coaching you provide during the sessions that make us check ourselves.
