I finished last weeks cardio challenge workout and still felt like I had more in me. I did this one right after and it was perfect. I am now spent! Happy Monday! Hope everyone has a great week!

Week 6 was the worst for me. I just finished week 7 and while it was still hard and I hit failure a few times, I was still literally sore from week 6 leg day a week later.

I did week 6 leg workout yesterday and today I officially hate living in a 2 story house. 😩

I did the leg workout this morning. It’s not a good sign when after the first set of Bulgarians you can feel that you’ve already made micro tears in your glutes. I have a feeling I’m going to be sore for several days!

Wow. Just finished this. This back workout I feel in so many different places than I usually do. I can tell the soreness is gonna sneak up on me!
