I had a “just show up” day today for sure. When my husband is out of town for work, I try to get my workouts done early, otherwise I worry all morning whether I’ll have time before I have to start my work day. There was no part of me that wanted to crawl out of the comfort of my bed at 5:15am and go workout in my 25 degree garage. 🥶

Same. Thought it fun until that last 5 min where my quads wouldn’t let me jump anymore!

I did follow this session with the mobility from last week. That felt amazing after this.

That was fun! 🤩 I thought it was the perfect way to workout the soreness in my legs and then that last combination happened! I had to modify because my quads were literally not working 🔥

Deidra Stansbury I only make half the of the sauce because it makes way too much and I omit the honey. The Thai sweet chili sauce is sweet enough without adding honey. I make my bowl with whatever grain I have at home as the base, edamame, cucumber, avocado, red pepper or tomatoes and cilantro to garnish.

Bang bang salmon bite bowl is what’s for dinner tonight. 10/10 recommend!😋we do a lot of bowls in our house. I feel like it’s the easiest way to get in the variety of veggies and fiber sources for our gut health.

I heard years ago, “the only workout you regret is the one you didn’t do.” Way to show up in the midst of what sound like a tough week. Shows how tough you are! 👏🏼

My girls don’t have school today because of the weather the Carolinas are getting today so I got to do this one live! It was challenging in the greatest way. Have a great day everyone!
