Great Hiit this morning!! I have a question, it might not be simple to answer, but I wear an Apple Watch and when I push myself, my heart rate goes up between 151 and 155. I also tend to have a lower resting heart rate normally. Is that a good range for cardio & hiit? I never know where I should push for.

Woke up tired today and wasn’t motivated to workout. So I said ok do the warm up at least…40 min later Wednesdays back workout done!
