That might just be my favorite upper body workout. 10 months out from Rotator Cuff Tear surgery. Finally getting some strength back in my left arm. That burner did me in.

Snapped a band on the burnout series. Pro Tip. Don’t leave them out in the sun. Weakens them big time.
