I was in a major funk all last week and finally catching up. Spent too much time fighting my tv to start w3 leg day, but I got this one done instead. So glad I did...thank you!

I did this session Thursday. Then I had to direct traffic for most of 8 hours in the hurricane yesterday. I could barely lift my arms thanks to the shoulder burnout! 🤣🤣
