What time is the yogaish flow happening?
Yoga session was so good. I needed that physically just as much as mentally. I feel so refreshed this morning after that session!
Just finished the cardio hiphop with the family (family forced fun😃) and then did back strength because I missed yesterday, loved both these workouts. Loved watching my family trying to keep up with Jenny dancing😂🤣
Salty 7 was so fun loved it! Did the hip hop today and that was a blast. I am so sweaty!
Perfect Saturday night workout! LOVED the cardio hip hop session, and even after being gone all day, errands with the adult kids, and last minute shopping and dinner, I just needed to get this session in! Not gonna lie, had a few glasses of wine with dinner, but this kind of session, it didn’t hinder it - may have even made me a bit more fluid! I’ll finish the challenge in eight days instead of seven, but wow!!! I have absolutely loved this week!! May repeat it moving into next week while waiting for the grind challenge! Looking forward to more cardio hip hop in 2024!! Tearing down my comfort zone!
Love the studio update. What a kick off! Those pop ups to plank jacks had me swearing at your cute Santa pants. I will be happy and hopefully walking on Monday.
