Morning session at the hotel gym with my husband. Challenged my weights and had room for handstands on the wall! I believe I am on week 6 and loved the full body session!
I don't know whats better between my improved mobility, the visible toning and increased core strength that is happening or the 7lbs lost in 3 weeks! Its all pretty dang awesome! 💪😁🩷

Didn’t have a done of time today to workout but I wanted to move. I did the primal workout Jenny has on her IG. I hesitated going to the hotel gym to do this workout I did it anyways. Once I started I just kept going I’m sure they were all confused as to what I was doing but I feel great! Got real salty 💪 🧂 ❤️ all I could think about is when Jenny says don’t let this be a checkmark boom workout done. I wanted to talk to the group their but the girls where with what I’m assuming is their boyfriends I feel like I would of crushed their egos if I brought up get salty. Sorry Jenny I promote you all the time more when asked about what I do. was proud of the ladies going to the gym with their boyfriends though!
This has been my favorite series yet! My body has been wonderfully sore for 8 weeks😆 Thank u Jenny for always making every session fun, different, challenging and just amazing❤️❤️❤️ What a great way to end the week and this series!!!
Hey everyone! I’m new here and wanted to say how much I’m loving these workouts. I started the MVP series from the beginning and have worked my way up to week 3. I’m loving it!! I love focusing on strength and am lifting heavier weights than I have in the past. Thanks so much Jenny!!
Not only was this week’s mini perfect for today, but made us smile! Roman is a natural athlete. We loved seeing him join his mom/trainer extraordinaire. The example you are showing your sons is amazing. They are not only learning about fitness, but teamwork, encouragement, listening, family, and all other life skills that will make them fabulous men some day. What a blessing on a Tuesday morning.
Even when I am feeling totally exhausted (thanks to my upcoming cycle...) my weights are telling a different story! My DBs are adjustable which is great but the greatest downfall of them is they only increase my 10 lb increments. So when 20 pound lunges are too light, I have no other choice but to jump to 30. So I have no other choice but to go all in haha
Holy moly am I feeling it today. I was able to catch my first live in months last night. I’ve been in a slump this whole summer…and I have been watching from the sideline. At 7:45pm I saw Jenny’s post on IG that she was going live. I looked at my husband and said, “ I’ll see you in an hour..” It was the best split decision I could have made. Showing up is always the hardest part. I’ve missed this!
