Didn’t see the mini-cardio session on the app yesterday. Saw it this morning and decided to use it as my finisher after today’s push workout. Whew!😅 I could fill a salt shaker right now! Only name I called you, Jenny was “BLESSED!” I needed this today and leveled up to the extent that I can with a tweaked left front delt. Will increase weight as I can while I nurse it back to health. THANK YOU! ❤️
After a year with Jenny, I finally did a whole session level 3/4 with no modifications and didn’t need to rest!!!! I call that a win! Feeling strong and finally functional with movements 😄😄😄

Any recommendations on how to increase protein while dairy free (not by choice). I’m struggling to keep my protein up as I’m not a huge meat eater…and there is so much protein powder I can take. My workout recovery is definitely impacted the less protein I have… so I’m looking for some advice on other ways to get protein dairy. Thanks! 🙂

In my Level Up programs, we start at the beginner level and modify up to the level that suits YOU! So either challenge yourself at the base level or modify up to advanced if that suits you!
