Some new things to try out:

Mark your sessions complete if you like! And you can use the filter in the search to narrow down based on equipment, time and focus. (If you have bands and dumbbells, leave the equipment section blank).

For starters, I’m about as technologically savvy as a rock & my one move is turning things off & back on again…

Does anyone else not get notifications about anything on the community thread? I have every notification thing I can find turned on but never get notified if someone posts or comments.

I am new to the Salt Squad. This has been so great ever since I found Jenny Fisher. Thank you Jenny! This is exactly what I (and my husband) have been looking for!

We just started. We started with the Beginner’s Series, but on Jenny’s advice, changed to the Level Up series which is perfect for us. We are in our second week and it’s a great challenge.

My question is do you stay in the Level Up series until you can consistently do the exercises at level three and four? Or do you progress to another series? A little road map would be greatly appreciated. We both feel so motivated, challenged, and energized!

Thanks for all your hard work on the app upgrade. I like all the new features. Love that I can keep myself accountable with this wonderful community. I did the legs this am then added on abs.
