um I dont think I will be able to use my upper body at all today or the next few days! Small muscles are feeling it!

Thank you everyone for the prayers! Hadalynn went back to school yesterday and stayed the whole day! She is so strong we are so proud of her! Ryan is finally feeling better. Back still aches a bit but way better. Thanks again!

Thanks everyone! Husband went to the doctors they gave him different medication. Praying this works. Hadalynn is still sleeping yet this morning. Praying she continues with little to no pain! They say day 3 is when the pain kicks in so time will tell.

30ish minutes of burpees with a knee tuck! 😶😶 Jenny do you know how long/big a country block is?! LOL I did go outside and walk but not my block 😂😂

Maria Vardian 100% I could of pushed play in a shorter video but pushed play in the back session and that’s exactly what I needed today! This morning I felt so defeated with feeling like i am being pulled in all directions that session helped clear my mind now I am ready to crush my day!

Please say a little prayer for my family. Our youngest Hadalynn had her tonsils and Adenoids removed Tuesday. So far she is in great spirits but they say the pain sets in a few days after surgery. On top of surgery her and her sister are fighting a cold. And then my husband while I was in Florida he thought he threw his back out has been doing anything and everything to feel better. He gets some relief then comes back. Yesterday his feet kept giving out on him. He has an appointment today with his doctor. Praying for answers that they can figure out what’s going on able to fix it! I’m here just trying to keep it all together 😝 thank you ♥️
