My arms are literally shaking. Question. I am sore like a feel good sore after most sessions. During the sessions I’m not sweating a ton. I am doing the strength sessions so wondering if that’s it? But I feel like I should be sweating more … idk if I need to grab heavier weights or do more reps if I don’t have the weight I need more that specific move? Thoughts? TIA!

First can I ask for you to pray for my oldest Sadie. She is 9 she is the sweetest thing but not one that likes to go out of her comfort zone all the time. She started school last week. She is having a hard time meeting friends. My mama heart hurts for her. I know this all happens in times. I remember those days. Who do you sit with at lunch who do you play with at recess. Prayers that she can get the courage to ask to play with a group or someone. Prayers that they will be nice allow her to join. Maybe prayers for me to help her guide her thru these hard times for her. Thanks!
Also I did a few bicep curls this morning with my 25lb dumbbells!

This week was their first week of school. I have been so proud of my girls how well this first week went. Sadie had gym this week talked about how she is excited for gym she did wall sits loved them! For Haddie she had homework I had to complete. There is a book called kissing hand that they read in class. Explains basically that even though I’m not there I still think about them all the time and miss them. In class each student had their hand traced and I had to kiss the hand with lipstick and put a note in it. Haddie said she wanted me to say, “you are an athlete you can do anything you put your mind too!” I asked her what that meant. She said that it means I’m strong and I can do anything! Such a sponge! Thanks Jenny and to all my salt squad. Not only do you pour into me. You also pour into my girls and this mama is feeling very blessed! ❤️

Totally thought today was Saturday when I woke up at 4am this morning. Then realized it’s not 😂 but for up did fridays full session and loved the first week of this challenge. The DOMs are real good this week but am loving it and getting in protein along with making sure I add a day or 2 of stretching in! Did a 45 minute yoga deep stretch yesterday and my body is feeling much better today! Thanks for always supporting us and cheering us on Jenny! Thank you to salty family! You all are the best! ❤️

Today is definitely going to be a stretch day for me. Everything feels so good but definitely gonna stretch today then go all in for full body week 1 session tomorrow!

Back at it! Started today mvp and I’m so excited. Did tuesdays instead of Monday because that is what I had time for. My poor oldest has an allergic reaction to amoxicillin from having strep throat. My husband is sick and my youngest still isn’t feeling the best. Praying we are going up hill getting over this! Feels good to be back at it praying I somehow don’t get it!
