Not sure I’m gonna feel my legs tomorrow. Typical after Jenny’s keg sessions. I love this one was so much fun! Sad to end this one but excited to see what the rookie challenge has in store for us all!

I do wish I walked more! Now that the winter season is approaching maybe I’ll get on our exercise bike at night for a quick stroll.

I use first form for my after workout I don’t buy vegan but the ones I have bought are amazing. I workout in the morning so I either have overnight oats or some sort of egg dish. If I workout at night I’ll do a rice cake with peanut butter. Or some meats with olives.

Didn’t have a done of time today to workout but I wanted to move. I did the primal workout Jenny has on her IG. I hesitated going to the hotel gym to do this workout I did it anyways. Once I started I just kept going I’m sure they were all confused as to what I was doing but I feel great! Got real salty 💪 🧂 ❤️ all I could think about is when Jenny says don’t let this be a checkmark boom workout done. I wanted to talk to the group their but the girls where with what I’m assuming is their boyfriends I feel like I would of crushed their egos if I brought up get salty. Sorry Jenny I promote you all the time more when asked about what I do. was proud of the ladies going to the gym with their boyfriends though!

Morning session at the hotel gym with my husband. Challenged my weights and had room for handstands on the wall! I believe I am on week 6 and loved the full body session!
