Way to go! I learned this week I’m stronger that what I think I need to lift heavier. Once Jenny mentioned in one of week 2 sessions I think it was. You should do 6-8 moves if you lift heavier the next round your still able to do 6-8 then you started off too late. That was a light bulb moment for me. I have had that a bit this first few weeks.

This week was their first week of school. I have been so proud of my girls how well this first week went. Sadie had gym this week talked about how she is excited for gym she did wall sits loved them! For Haddie she had homework I had to complete. There is a book called kissing hand that they read in class. Explains basically that even though I’m not there I still think about them all the time and miss them. In class each student had their hand traced and I had to kiss the hand with lipstick and put a note in it. Haddie said she wanted me to say, “you are an athlete you can do anything you put your mind too!” I asked her what that meant. She said that it means I’m strong and I can do anything! Such a sponge! Thanks Jenny and to all my salt squad. Not only do you pour into me. You also pour into my girls and this mama is feeling very blessed! ❤️

Totally thought today was Saturday when I woke up at 4am this morning. Then realized it’s not 😂 but for up did fridays full session and loved the first week of this challenge. The DOMs are real good this week but am loving it and getting in protein along with making sure I add a day or 2 of stretching in! Did a 45 minute yoga deep stretch yesterday and my body is feeling much better today! Thanks for always supporting us and cheering us on Jenny! Thank you to salty family! You all are the best! ❤️
