If anyone is interested in a great sweat, definitely do this one.  I have used this one a number of times while traveling because it is a bodyweight only session. Here's my moment to share progress as well...it's been a while (maybe 6 or 8 months?) since I last did it.  This morning I never had to stop on the power planks.  Before I would always hit a point where I needed to stop and rest before the 30 seconds was up, and today I did all the sets without stopping and rebounding from plank to pike the whole time!  Like Jenny says in this one, this exercise is the hardest one for me.  I was so excited that this seemed much easier than I had remembered (easy being relative, not eeaassyyy, but easier than before).  Still a great shred, I was drenched at the end of the session.  This was great to show progress for me and so much fun to do!  Highly recommend it for this week!  Wanted to share so that others can realize that you will see progress if you are consistent, I promise!

Fully expecting that my back will feel like my chest did (and still does a little bit) this weekend...lovin' it! Keep lifting heavy ladies, it is so worth it! Hitting failure is a huge success 🙌 Have a great weekend y'all! 😁

So you know you pushed yourself on chest day when it hurts your pecs to rub your hands together to wash them the next day. I think I went heavy enough...😆

I should have known when I decided to do the EMOM at the end a second time through that you would have another finisher in there...but it was all worth it! Really liked the back work in this one, used my over the door anchor x 2 for both sets of pull downs. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to step up some of their band work at home.

Always a safe space to share both the positives and the frustrations that we can all experience.  Just because you have a background in fitness and training doesn't mean that you are always going to be motivated like some kind of robotic supertrainer with no other things in life going on that might impact you.  Life happens, and motivation can cycle up and down.  It happens to all of us, even us fitness enthusiasts who love to train.  Have grace with yourself.  Do the things that feel like what your body and mind need right now.  We have grace for you, no judgment from this group.  We're just happy you're here with us.  :)

I've really liked a company called Flapjacked that has pancake/waffle mixes that are just add water as well as these muffin cups that are 30 seconds in the microwave and also just add water. 20 grams of protein per serving and 200-250 calories. All good ingredients, they designed them for a child of theirs that was picky and had a lot of allergies.
