I actually do really like shoulder workouts. I like that focused session paired with some HIIT or other cardio. I also love a nice rounded delt in my sleeveless shirts and how a wider back and shoulders makes my waist appear smaller. π All about the illusion π

Jenny Fisher on the rare occasion I do one it's usually Salty style as supersets or trisets with core and HIIT so the total workout is 45 minutes but hits more than shoulders. I don't have a gym membership anymore so some of the heavy lifting for back isn't an option anymore unfortunately even though I love a great back workout. π
