Today’s hiit and core was exactly what I needed after a week of hitting it hard every day. I’ll hopefully stay on track while I’m on vacation - will definitely try and hit the four big sessions. If I don’t post, have a great week six everybody! 🩵🏝️🐬

Since failing is for winners, I won big today, and who would have thought it would be during the yoga flow at the end of today’s leg/HIIT session. My arms are so sore from yesterday’s session, I had to skip the final round of the yoga flow and go straight to the being dead stage. And that song gets me every.single.time. Definitely feeling centered!

I can hardly move my arms! Grateful going to hell actually isn’t contingent on liking triceps exercises! 😂😂 I love them and really enjoyed the change up. Not going to be able to dry my hair for a few days but… bygones! 😅😅
