I have done one workout from this week and other than that have just been walking. Was mentally tired and just didn’t have the energy to exert physically. Getting ready to do a workout from the calendar schedule for the week and will probably do another one tomorrow. Just not stressing about it, but will develop some regular training schedule for next week.

That happened to me during the last two or three weeks of the challenge - just means your body is adjusting to what you are doing to it, growing more efficient, and getting stronger. I personally believe you don’t need to be “sore” after every workout. If you felt like you pushed yourself and were shaking after your workout, you trained well!

Now that is impressive and what a way to get through a company meeting! You just inspired me to go get this workout in. I haven’t done an organized training session since Monday - just one of those weeks. The Tabula seems like a good “finally done with the work week” kind of session! Thanks for the motivation, Alli!
