Second time up to bat on this bad boy, and my strength gains from the 8wk beach shred were evident. Went up in weight, and while the session still sucked at times, my body knew what to do and how to respond and keep pushing through. Last exercise I hit the same number every round. First time I did this, I didn’t even have the energy to count my reps. Great way to start this week post challenge!
