The power yoga session… the session you didn’t know you needed until you did it. Hard AF! But wow did I love it, and my body is loose and energized! Thank you for such a great session - and also for great music! Love the Super Bowl theme!

I was NOT that person… Dang!! That was a session! Salty from head to toe and always love being in my happy place - my parent’s community gym! Loved working on the handstands and actually held one without the help of the wall for about 12 seconds - personal best for me. Looking forward to being back here tomorrow for total body and possibly the yoga flow!

Just when you think you have found your groove… 💩💩 happens! Hoping to find time tomorrow to start this week’s grind. Traveling to my folks and will just depend on traffic and what the evening looks like once there. I’ll definitely get the yoga flow from yesterday in if I can’t get to the chest session from today. Just something to stay in the rhythm!
