Total body HIIT is one that as soon as I started I had flashbacks to this session. Cussed a lot the first time I did and cussed a lot today. I did feel stronger but back is in need of an adjustment so front squats just weren’t working for me. Subbed in ball slams and that just never disappoints. I am sweaty and ready to step into the weekend! Happy St. Patrick’s Day to all of you - May the road rise to meet you, May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face. The rains fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of his hand. 💚☘️🧂

Week 11 chest and core!! WERKED IT!! I’m not really a chest session fan, but man you always make them so dang good! Thanks for always putting the “WOOOO!” In our sessions and keeping us motivated to push ourselves beyond what we think we are capable of! I’m strutting off the mat today! 💪🏻😤

Isn’t that the best feeling?? Queues from our body! And girl, the fact that you get up and moving at 5:30 is absolutely freaking amazing. I’m more of a 5:30 pm person. 😂

Just finished the total body cardio HIIT from this week, and I am a hot salty MVP! One of my favorite series, and this workout was the perfect prescription for mid-day doldrums and brain fog. Working on an intense project and kind of hit a wall, so came to the mat with my virtual salty sisters and hit all my big muscle groups so I can refocus and grind out quality work. Was talking with a coworker earlier today about how important an accountability partner is to keep us on track and committed to our fitness plan and objectives. That is what y’all are to me. I know we don’t see each other in person, but knowing y’all are around the globe getting salty inspires me to join you in those efforts. Thanks for being such an amazing group! Today’s back session - fast and furious! Wow - you packed a lot into that 36 minutes, but it was literally exactly what I needed today. Something a little shorter but with a lot of bang for my buck! Loved this format!

Wow… did not realize how much I needed the yoga flow! My hamstrings were tight and I definitely struggled with parts of it, but I did manage a few successful crows. Back is tender so there were a few times when I had to just move to child’s pose, but loved this relaxed yet super challenging flow. And the thankfulness exercise at the end was so powerful! Thankful for you Jenny Fisher and this amazing community of athletes you have nurtured and cultivated! 🫶🏻 Namaste!
