Back home and training on my porch for the first time all week - AC community fitness center got me all spoiled. It’s 106 currently in Dallas and I’m pouring out salt like the buckets of rain we so desperately need! Was not in the right framework when I started but my girl Jenny got me there by the end of the first series. You always know how to move us toward our badass athletic selves! Thank you! 💖

Off to a late start this weekend so got in Mondays leg session and Tuesday’s core session today. Will do Wednesday tomorrow. Traveling back home Friday and will get the HIIT session in when I get home. Loved the leg session strength path this week. At my parents house and using their community gym so had access to some barbells and heavier weights. 😅😅😅 Will definitely feel it tomorrow!!
