Had to pivot this week due to extreme work schedule and bladder infection/UTI. Stepping away from MVP and focusing on total body sessions today and Friday, and will pick up a bonus session from the weekend on Sunday.
Did L&ab session 2 today and loved it maybe even more than the first time. My body was literally craving movement and I am so glad I took 45 minutes midday to honor it and give it what it needed. I’ll be back in MVP next week!

Full body HIIT was what I needed to round out this tough week! Will try to get the Wednesday workout in tomorrow. One of those weeks where I just had to get it in when I could and extend grace to myself when I couldn’t. Knowing one week of inconsistency isn’t going to impact my overall fitness level is a BIG sign of progress for me. Still walking through guilt and negative talk, but my mindset is at a place where I can shut that negativity down quickly and just move on in my week. Sometimes the mental gains are everything! Have an awesome weekend everyone! Reading all your posts from this week is what motivated me to get out here and sweat it out! 🫶🏻

Tessa Potgeter I have been battling a similar hectic schedule lately, along with some heavy stuff with friends and family. Giving myself grace and celebrating any opportunity to move but also recognizing the days I just need to make physical connections with the people I love. Hope you find your rhythm soon!!

Our starting point doesn’t matter so much is all that we learn along the way after we just start. Honestly, I think you have already gotten over the biggest hurdle! Welcome to the salt squad, Shanna! I can honestly say boring has never been a word I have thought of when doing Jenny’s sessions. Definitely fun, definitely challenging, but never ever boring.

Loved today’s leg session. How is that every time I don’t want to train, that session ends up being a favorite one?! Opting to go the cardio route today. Back is a bit tender from going so heavy last week so bro going it down a notch in weight but upping my intensity. Great start to the week, especially since Dallas didn’t get out of the 80’s today!! PTL!!! 😘🙌🏻
