This is how we do it.... good kick off song. That was some back and biceps. I am so glad Jenny said she still felt Monday's leg workout. My sit throughs were a little off. Happy Wednesday.

Ooof. Tuesday HIIT - I was still feeling leg day 😳. Made myself do those burpees - a little slower than I wanted today. Efficient session.

I agree. My 🍑 is still barking today.

G L U T E D A Y. Well I was so proud of myself as I didn't swear at Jenny during the Bulgarian squat session.until the last leg band session well that was a finisher😳. The puppy appearance made it bearable. I liked the format for the Bulgarian squats as I was able to focus and improve each time. 💪🤛🏋️‍♀️

Some good chest and core today. Inch worms, plank jacks crickets - at first I was oh no. I pushed myself and yes we can do hard things on repeat. 🤪 thank goodness for the puppy love.💕
