Yes, it was!!

Final training session was phenomena! I have done a lot of growth mentally with this challenge. It got me out of a downward mental spiral and into loving myself for who I am and for what my body can do. THANK YOU, Jenny, for being you and for showing us how to love ourselves! ❤️❤️

The mindset is what I noticed the most! I don’t know if it has to do with the affirmation challenge as well, but when she announced the last 4x4, I just said “Yes ma’am! Let’s do this” instead or my typical f* bomb 💣.
