The week five badge hit home today. It took me back to January of this year when I told myself I had to do something because I was loosing myself and was in the cycle of “I will do it tomorrow.” So, I joined the challenge Jenny had and moved forward. I have found strength through each challenge this year, and I keep pushing myself more. I have had a lot of ups and downs, but I have learned how to come back and regroup, which has been tremendous. I might stop for a few days, but the consistency and FOMO from this squad have been significant to me this year.

I am completely stoked that I was able to deadlift 105lbs! I am amazed at what these last two programs have given me. Thank you all for the accountability! Keep grinding and stay salty! ❤️❤️
