My shoulder girdle is toast after Tuesday and todays’ workout. I can only imagine my “chesticles” will be sore tomorrow! 💪🏽

Hey Everyone! Sweating my booty after as I just completed todays leg workout! Leg Day rocks! When doing the suitcase squats, I wanted to go up in weight for the last rounds but my heavier weights were not available so I added a booty band. Is that at all effective for the intended effect of suitcase squats or does that just target more stabilizer muscles of the hip? Just curious…. Love the fabric booty bands! So much more comfortable than the rubber ones I was using.

I do dead bugs often and while I always feel effective for my low back issues they aren’t hard to get through. I was shocked at how much resistance I felt just adding the exerball with Wednesdays workout! Thanks for the mod up option Jenny! That was a good one.

I just did not want to work out yesterday. My rest day was Sunday and I took a walk during my sons swim meet but that was it. For some reason all of my joints were aching yesterday. But I turned on my iPad and Jenny said leg day! I don’t skip leg day!😄 I struggled a Little more than usual but I’m so glad I finished the workout because I feel so much better today! Looking forward to the EMOM this afternoon!!! Thanks for pushing us Jenny!

Jenny, i think you tried to kill me with that 5 min amrap finisher. That was a BEAST! Loved it!

Looking forward to the Tabata workout tomorrow. That is still a favorite from Week 3 workout months and months ago! I go back to it when traveling and dont have equip. Or just need a calorie burner or to sweat out some impurities. ❤️❤️❤️
