Erika Sanchez I train without shoes sometimes too it helps my balance and strengthens my feet. But any HIIT I have to have shoes. Never heard of Topos, I will check it out. Thank you so much!!💜

Loved this session!! I have never done those type of lunges before and I liked them even though I’m not The most coordinated sometimes. Have a great labor day!!
