Happy Halloween everyone. We have two birthdays in our family today. My sister and my niece. They both think everyone trick or treats on their birthday. Haha. 🎃👻👻🎃

We did the mini session today and Nate said during the half pigeon stretch, “I hate these half chickens, my legs are too long.”🐓

My arms and chest are toast. Such a good workout.
