I did the same yesterday. I needed to STRETCH! By the time I was done, all that lactic acid was gone. Beautiful workout.

Jenny, thanks for literally working through a sinus infection . I have no idea how you do it. You’re a rock star! To everyone, Happy Beach Shred. I am just excited for warmer weather, longer days, sunshine and all of you.

Took two weeks off, due to traveling, jet leg, and a nasty respiratory bug. I decided to restart The Grind. I am so glad I did. It gives me “structure “ to my workouts for the upcoming weeks, until Beach Shred. Mentally rooting Jenny and the gang as they prepare for Greece! Enjoy!
