Did it 2x, went from 30 to 40 in the single arm snatch (couldn’t get the weight over head, but I was able to get my elbow up) WooHOO Did25s for the squat thrust. I can’t believe it… Also gaining a little weight, but trying not to freak out bc I know it’s muscle and my body changing for the good!!!

Awesome. I can definitely relate to the disordered eating pattern. But I can tell my husband about all of it whenever I “feel” the monster inside me want out 🤗
